Sarah is a Licensed Practical Nurse with Intravenous (IV) therapy certification since 2006. She has provided a variety of services ranging from a homemaker, skilled nursing therapy, memory care, assisted living care, acute care, hospice, short-term rehabilitation care, stroke, seizure, education nurse, gerontology, Parkinson's, as well as Lue Garrett's disease aka ALS.
